1. Introduction

1.1 Operated by AppAlchemy GmbH, a company incorporated under the laws of Switzerland ("AppAlchemy," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Drop app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.

2. User Accounts

2.1. You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.  

2.3. We collect only your email address for account creation and communication purposes.

3. Event Creation and Participation

3.1. Any user can create and host events through the App.

3.2. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring the safety and legality of their events.

3.3. Drop is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages that occur during events organized through the App. We provide the platform; users are responsible for their actions and participation.

3.4. Event organizers should provide accurate information about their events and ensure they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree to use the App in a responsible and respectful manner.

4.2. You shall not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4.3. You shall not engage in any conduct that could harm, disrupt, or impair the App or its users.

5. Content

5.1. The App does not currently support user-generated content such as comments or reviews.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1. The App uses Google Maps API for location-based services. Your use of Google Maps is subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer

7.1. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

7.2. Drop is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Drop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by AppAlchemy GmbH or its licensors.  

11.2. The App is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as follows:  

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.  

  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.  

11.3. You may not:

  • Modify copies of any materials from the App.

  • Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.  

  • Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the App.
